Little previous experience in cooking is required. Participants will be selected on the basis of an application. Applications will be processed as they are received.

The cost includes: daily continental breakfast, lunches and selected dinners as a group, printed recipes and background information, Italian language lessons, accompanying materials, excursions in Umbria, interpreters, also special concerts or readings given by other Spoleto Arts Symposia participants, and lodging at a four-star hotel. More luxurious housing can be arranged and is priced accordingly. Please note that airfare is NOT included in this fee: $2,200.
To reserve your place in the class and within two weeks after you have been notified of your acceptance, you will need to send a non-refundable deposit of $600 to the
Spoleto Cooking School at the St. Croix address. You will then receive detailed information about preparing for your trip, clothing needs, weather conditions, local transportation, and much more.
The deadline for full payment is July 1, 2008 and must be met to avoid the cancellation of your place in the program and the loss of your deposit. Please note that all fees, once paid, are non-refundable. Sorry, no credit cards are accepted.
