The Spoleto Writers' Workshop

Summer 2005 will be our thirteenth year of running the Spoleto Arts Symposia and the eleventh anniversary of the Spoleto writers workshop (SSW).  This workshop in poetry, fiction, and creative non-fiction provides one of the most unusual, intense, intimate and productive learning experiences available to writers.  Participants work with a superb faculty: Rosellen Brown, James Magnuson, Melanie Braverman and others, all highly regarded writers and teachers who cover all genres.  And, the experience of living for a little while in Spoleto, Italy is in itself unforgettable.
